The Working Mind
The Working Minds training program by MHCC is designed for first responders to promote mental health resilience in the workplace. The program focuses on early intervention, self-care, and creating a psychologically healthy workplace culture, aiming to improve the overall mental well-being of first responders.
Resilient Minds
The CMHA Resilient Minds program is a mental health initiative for first responders and their families. It offers evidence-based tools and resources to build resilience and manage stress. PSPNET
PSPNET is a therapist-guided Internet-based cognitive behavior therapy (ICBT) programming for first responders and public safety personnel in Ontario. The program provides therapist-guided and self-guided courses aimed at improving mental health and well-being, with successful outcomes reported across Canada. PSPNET offers self-guided courses nationwide, and therapist-guided courses with weekly support in select provinces.
